Speed Paint - The Northby *Kyomu

I have a bit of a confession to make:

I've never done speed painting before, at least not intentionally. Buuuut after that horrible character dev (which btw I deleted), I needed to redeem myself somewhat. Suffice to say I had a big yearning to paint today, but time was lacking. So I decided to just give it a shot.

This isn't the best composition, but I wasn't really concerned about it since I was pretty much exploring for the most part. Consider this the first of many I hope to do from here on. XD;;

Simply gorgeous- the colour palette that you have chosen for this piece is simply amazing. I love how to captured the texture of the mountain-tops utilizing different strokes. The colours transmit an atmosphere of calmness and serenity. You gallery is absolutely gorgeous- I would love to see your scenery backgrounds in an animated movie one day!
