From my story, "Legend of Aea", this is the city of Babil, capital of the Beronian Republic. The heart of the city is the Gate of Heaven, a gigantic tower hosting the government. It later falls (literally) before the might of the Illunotari.

Speed paint... that started turning into a non-speed play paint, forcing me to cut it off at the 4 hour mark. I did not plan this out at all. As I was telling *lychi, first it started out as a 2x2 inch abstract -> color -> hmm looks nice flipped --> hmm looks nice both ways --> Hmm lets fuse both ways together to make the tower! --> OSNAP symmetry!! --> lights lights lights la la la~.
